This new FIRE HD tablet from Amazon features an 8-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, Dolby Audio speakers, rear and front-facing cameras and 12-hour battery life.
When Fire OS 5.4 is released, this new tablet will have Alexa enabled. Alexa provides quick access to the entertainment you want, including music, games, audiobooks, and more. You can also ask Alexa questions, check your calendar, get news, find sports scores, and even control your smart home. All you have to do is press and ask. Alexa will be available via a free over-the-air software update in the coming months.
The new Fire HD 8 tablet will be available in four colors and in 16GB and 32GB capacities. It can be pre-ordered from Amazon for as low as $89.99 and will ship on 9/21.
